Gender Equality Committee

The Equality Plan of the Instituto de Agroecoloxía e Alimentación (IAA) was designed with a four-year timeframe, aligned with the “III Plan for Equality between Women and Men 2020–2024” of the Universidad de Vigo, as a benchmark institutional programme promoting effective equality between women and men. It constitutes a cross-cutting axis that, in addition to fostering high-quality teaching and research excellence, seeks to create a space grounded in shared values and human progress.
