{"id":249967,"date":"2024-01-31T17:09:11","date_gmt":"2024-01-31T16:09:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iaa.uvigo.gal\/servicios\/catalogo-de-agroalimentacion\/"},"modified":"2026-02-28T00:39:10","modified_gmt":"2026-02-27T23:39:10","slug":"catalogo-de-agroalimentacion","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/iaa.uvigo.gal\/es\/servicios\/catalogo-de-agroalimentacion\/","title":{"rendered":"Cat\u00e1logo de Agroalimentaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"row\"> <div class=\"col-sm-8\">\n<p>Este documento tiene por objetivo trasladar al conjunto de empresas de nuestro entorno las capacidades de I+D+i y los servicios disponibles en la Universidad de Vigo en este \u00e1mbito, incluyendo las tem\u00e1ticas en las que se centran los grupos de investigaci\u00f3n: investigaciones agrarias y agroalimentarias, tecnolog\u00eda de los alimentos, \u00f3micas de alimentaci\u00f3n y salud, bioingenier\u00eda y procesos, biolog\u00eda ambiental e ingenier\u00eda agroforestal, entre otras.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1s que una simple recopilaci\u00f3n de capacidades, es un reflejo de la dedicaci\u00f3n del personal investigador de la universidad, que muestra una profunda comprensi\u00f3n de los desaf\u00edos actuales y futuros a los que se enfrenta el sector agroalimentario, desde la mejora de los m\u00e9todos de cultivo hasta la optimizaci\u00f3n de los procesos de producci\u00f3n, o desde la investigaci\u00f3n de nuevos ingredientes hasta el desarrollo de tecnolog\u00edas sostenibles. Cada p\u00e1gina de este cat\u00e1logo refleja la contribuci\u00f3n de la universidad, donde la innovaci\u00f3n y el conocimiento se unen para impulsar el crecimiento sostenible del sector y una
