Na iniciativa participan 13 instituci\u00f3ns de Hungr\u00eda, Polonia, Lituania, Holanda, Portugal e Espa\u00f1a, entre elas a Universidade de Vigo.<\/p>\n<p>Wheatbiome, <em>Unravelling the potential of the wheat microbiome for the development of healthier, more sustainable and resilient wheat-derived food &amp; feed products,<\/em> \u00e9 un proxecto que conta cun financiamento de cinco mill\u00f3ns de euros por parte da Comisi\u00f3n Europea no marco do programa Horizon. A s\u00faa coordinaci\u00f3n corre a cargo de Susana Soares (de Requimte, Rede de Qu\u00edmica e Tecnolox\u00eda, participada polas universidades Nova de Lisboa e de Porto) e desde a UVigo Rosa P\u00e9rez Gregorio (do grupo CF1 Food and Health Omics), estando tam\u00e9n como investigador principal do proxecto por parte da instituci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica o catedr\u00e1tico Jes\u00fas Simal. A asemblea xeral celebrada na Facultade de Ciencias do campus de Ourense contou coa participaci\u00f3n de arredor de 40 investigadoras e investigadores, que expuxeron o estado de execuci\u00f3n de cada li\u00f1a de actuaci\u00f3n do proxecto. Tam\u00e9n tiveron a oportunidade de co\u00f1ecer o Instituto de Agroecolox\u00eda e Alimentaci\u00f3n da Universidade de Vigo.<\/p>\n<p><a
