O seu obxectivo foi explorar e fomentar oportunidades de colaboraci\u00f3n en I+D+i no sector alimentario entre empresas e persoal investigador. A iniciativa, na que participaron 80 profesionais, forma parte do proxecto Net4food, que impulsa a creaci\u00f3n dunha rede alimentaria de excelencia entre Galicia e o norte de Portugal.<\/p>\n<p>A programaci\u00f3n arrancou cunha benvida a cargo do director do Instituto de Agroecolox\u00eda e Alimentaci\u00f3n da UVigo, David Fern\u00e1ndez Calvi\u00f1o, na que presentou Net4Food. Segu\u00edronlle charlas sobre convocatorias relevantes para a colaboraci\u00f3n universidade-empresa e sobre procedementos para contratos de colaboraci\u00f3n coa instituci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica. O groso da xornada centrouse na exposici\u00f3n por parte de diferentes grupos de investigaci\u00f3n do campus de Ourense do traballo que realizan en diversas li\u00f1as estrat\u00e9xicas do Instituto de Agroecolox\u00eda e Alimentaci\u00f3n. Igualmente, houbo espazo para un panel sobre novos retos na industria alimentaria e oportunidades de colaboraci\u00f3n coa UVigo, unha pequena mostra de produtos alimentarios e traballos desenvolvidos con empresas, unha visita \u00e1 planta piloto alimentaria do campus, unha cata de aceites e reuni\u00f3ns bilaterais.<\/p>\n<p><a
